If you require to cancel a booking please use our Facebook Messenger page or text 07907-178182. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or transfer a booked slot. If less than 48 hours notice is given the minimum charge of £21 for each cancelled hour is non-refundable. Any bookings cancelled will be re-advertised on Facebook and our website booking page.
