Bookings can be cancelled by guests for any reason up to 48 hours in advance of their slot and a full refund will be given. If cancellation is less than 48 hours, then the minimum fee of £21 per hour booked is non-refundable.
• Parking is on site only . No parking or waiting on Cherry Lane as its a single track road. • Sessions start and end within your booked hour, this includes changing time. Please ensure you are out of the pool building by the end of your booked hour. • Please show consideration to our neighbours and leave in a quiet and organised manner. • Guests swim entirely at their own risk the owners and management are not responsible for accidents or injuries. For insurance purposes the person booking the slot is classed as the person responsible for the whole group and must be over the age of 18. • At least 1 member of the group attending each slot must be over the age of 18. • A minimum of 2 competent swimmers must be in the pool at any time. We recommend at least 1 competent swimmer to every non swimmer. No lone swimmers with babies in arms or toddlers. Children are to be supervised at all times. • Neither end of the pool is the recommended depth for diving so no diving, dive bombing or pushing others into the pool. • Please leave the changing rooms in a clean and tidy state. Cleaning clothes and anti bac spray is available for your use. All rubbish including nappies are to be taken with you. • Any child that is not fully toilet trained must wear a well-fitting disposable swim nappy, ideally with reusable outer swim nappy. Please take used nappies with you. • Guests should be physically well and should consult a doctor if they have any concerns before swimming. • No food or drink to be consumed within the premises other than a plastic bottle of water. NO GLASS. • Moisturises, perfumes, oils, talcum powder, body and tanning lotions can affect the water quality, so please shower before entering the pool. Please remove all plasters. • No jewellery except for a plain gold wedding ring to be worn while swimming. • External doors are to be shut immediately after entering and no window to be opened unless they have been opened by management. This helps us to maintain the maintain the air and pool temperature. • Doors to the changing rooms are to be kept open when not in use. • Any damaged caused to the facilities must be reported to the owner and may be chargeable. • No one will be admitted to the pool under the influence of alcohol. • Anyone using abusive language or behaviour will be asked to leave immediately and will be banned from booking the pool in future. |
